Experteer Overview

In this role you will install, commission, and maintain plasma reactors and other critical manufacturing equipment to maximize productivity on the DF Spain line. You will troubleshoot complex control and electrical systems, drive improvements in reliability and process capability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a rapid expansion of our green, energy-efficient diamond wafer production. You will be a hands-on problem-solver who helps scale manufacturing with a focus on uptime and performance. Responsabilidades

Installing, commissioning, upgrading and maintaining plasma reactors (CVD tool) and other critical manufacturing equipment
Troubleshooting industrial control/electrical systems including high voltage power supplies, controllers, sensors, pumps, PLCs, valves, and related devices
Tracking and reporting on equipment uptime/downtime, root cause analysis, OEE, MTBF
Collaborating with manufacturing technicians to plan and execute upgrades and retrofits to enhance tool reliability and process capability
Writing procedures and checklists, training maintenance staff

Requisitos principales

Bachelor in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering or similar
2+ years hands-on engineering experience with manufacturing equipment
Project planning and multidisciplinary team collaboration skills
Willingness to complete training in the United States and travel to the U.S. for project needs
Proficiency in reading/writing/speaking Spanish and English
