As Engineering Team Lead, you guide a 4–6 person software squad within our Product, Design, and Engineering organization. You align delivery with clear KPIs and SLOs while nurturing team growth and career development. You balance hands-off leadership with technical involvement in architecture, reviews, and non-critical initiatives. You collaborate closely with product and design to drive scalable fintech solutions and robust architectural practices, contributing to a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilidades
- Serve as main contact for other squads and the product team
- Ensure high-quality delivery from the squad
- Review pull requests and designs; oversee technical decisions
- Lead by example with strong technical guidelines and architecture
- Define and communicate clear SMART objectives
- Foster well-being and growth of the squad through mentoring and 1:1s
- Be actively involved in the hiring process
Requisitos principales
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Demonstrated experience in people management
- Strong knowledge of robust and scalable architectural patterns
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with large-scale projects in fast-paced environments
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience in fintech is a plus but not required
