In this Engineering Manager role, you will lead a high-performing team building core elements of our eCommerce platform. You’ll partner with Architecture, Product, and Engineering Leads to deliver a secure, scalable system that supports rapid growth. You drive technical strategy, architecture, and execution while fostering continuous improvement and engineering excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role in a global, cross-functional setting with a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact.

Responsabilidades

Lead and mentor a team of full stack engineers
Provide day-to-day leadership for delivering key features within the domain
Collaborate with global engineering and product leaders to drive cross-functional alignment
Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards
Support planning and roadmap prioritization across functions
Shape technical strategy and architecture for scalable, high-performance UI
Anticipate challenges and define long-term planning
Partner with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Drive ongoing improvements and innovations within the team
