In this role you will lead the Technical Platform team at Nexthink, shaping the architectural vision for a cloud-native, multi-tenant product. You will scale our cloud infrastructure that ingests events from millions of endpoints, while refining CI/CD and building a self-service platform. You’ll mentor Infrastructure Engineers, drive engineering roadmaps, and coordinate across globally distributed teams. This role offers impact at scale by improving reliability, security, and performance as Nexthink helps IT teams deliver better digital experiences for employees.

Responsabilidades
- Lead, mentor and manage Infrastructure Engineers and build a high-performing AWS-focused team
- Attract, hire and retain top talent and foster team culture
- Own and lead engineering processes, architectural evolution, and technical roadmaps
- Manage project priorities and product deliveries
- Manage technical debt, security, quality and engineering decisions efficiently
- Evangelize and continuously improve infrastructure and software development methodologies
- Ensure alignment between teams across multiple locations
- Contribute technically to architectural decisions, code reviews, and prototypes
Requisitos principales
- B.S. or Master in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years in Infrastructure engineering with a focus on cloud technologies
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team
- Extensive experience with AWS, IaC and CI/CD tooling
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Networking
- Experience collaborating with Security, Architecture, and Product Engineers to align roadmaps
- Experience leading, coaching and mentoring engineers toward delivering high-quality software
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
