In this role you will handle the quality and performance concerns of Digital Solutions for HIS/LIS systems and related networks. You will operate within a transversal software environment, learning and applying agile processes to diagnose issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute ideas to improve quality. You’ll work to resolve cases promptly, support audits, and help define preventive measures, all aimed at ensuring safe, compliant software in a healthcare setting. Responsabilidades
- Manage timely handling of inquiries, complaints, and safety issues per ISO Quality System requirements
- Resolve cases within the assigned area and consult with senior team members when needed
- Collaborate with BA and global/local functions to derive measures and workarounds
- Provide audit/inspection support and contribute to regular quality/performance reports
- Escalate critical issues to Life Cycle Teams and propose proactive measures
- Review quality of case handling and analyze customer feedback to improve processes
Requisitos principales
- Graduate degree in IT or Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent professional experience)
- 2+ years of IT experience in 1st/2nd level support or R&D-related functions
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to read and understand source code in a programming language and debug to identify root causes
- Passion for clean, structured code and future-proof architectures with testing in mind
- Knowledge of databases and regulatory quality practices (plus)
