In this role you help scale satellite production by qualifying new technologies and building robust test systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure electronics meet reliability and performance standards. You’ll lead qualification campaigns, design EGSE and test hardware, and support AIT activities to enable fast, trusted space hardware delivery. This opportunity combines hands-on testing with system-level thinking to shape the future of satellite electronics.

Responsabilidades

Lead qualification campaigns for new technologies with timeline management and risk mitigation
Design qualification plans to validate power, digital, and mixed-signal electronics against requirements
Develop and document test procedures, results, and assembly procedures for internal reviews
Perform data analysis on test results, conduct root-cause investigations, and present findings
Provide actionable feedback to electronics designers to improve product performance and manufacturability
Design EGSE, data acquisition systems, and custom test hardware/software to enable scalable test automation
Build efficient test setups, jigs, and fixtures to support qualification and AIT
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing capabilities as production scales
