In this role you will shape Cint’s global Total Rewards strategy, combining strategic vision with data-driven insights to attract, engage, and retain talent. You’ll partner with senior leadership, Finance, and People Partners to embed rewards into the business and culture, balancing global consistency with local relevance. You’ll lead a high‑performing team, design equity, compensation, and benefits programs, and push for transparency and wellbeing. Responsabilidades

  • Lead and mentor the Total Rewards team while driving analytical excellence
  • Design the next-generation global rewards strategy (compensation, equity, benefits)
  • Forge partnerships across the business to translate insights into measurable outcomes
  • Architect global benefits philosophy with global/local balance; explore digital platforms with providers like Gallagher
  • Turn EU Pay Transparency Directive into a trust-building lever; evolve compensation philosophy toward equity and transparency
  • Develop data-driven analytics frameworks and predictive models to guide leadership decisions
  • Partner with CPO for Remuneration Committee materials and strategic recommendations
  • Co-create annual compensation and benefits budget with Finance ensuring impact and responsible investment

Requisitos principales

  • 8+ years in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits in global, fast-evolving organizations
  • Proven leadership in building high-performing, analytics‑driven teams
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing equity plans (preferably in publicly listed European companies)
  • Global benefits design expertise, vendor partnerships, and multi-country regulatory compliance
  • Forward-thinking mindset and next-practice ideas for the field
  • Exceptional analytical ability to translate data into strategy
  • Strong communication and influence skills with C‑level and cross-border audiences
  • Solid understanding of EU pay transparency, pay equity, and executive compensation principles
