In this role you shape the strategy and roadmap for CGM’s enterprise eHealth portfolio, driving cloud and platform solutions from concept to sunset. You lead a data-driven, customer-centric product culture and manage a cross-functional team to deliver scalable, market-ready products. You will influence architecture decisions and partner with stakeholders to align with the mission of making healthcare smarter and safer. This is a high-impact role at a global leader in healthcare IT, offering a chance to influence products that touch patient care across multiple markets.

Responsabilidades

Define and own the enterprise eHealth product strategy and roadmap (cloud/platform focus)
Manage full product lifecycle from concept/MVP to launch, scale, and end-of-life
Prioritize portfolio using market potential, customer feedback, competition, and profitability
Define modular architectures and decide centralized vs decentralized development
Inspire and develop the Product Management team with a data-driven, customer-centric culture

Requisitos principales

Extensive experience in enterprise software product management, with leadership responsibility (Head/Director level)
Proven success in building and scaling B2B software products, preferably in eHealth or healthcare IT
Strong technical expertise in platforms, cloud, APIs; familiarity with FHIR, HL7, EHR, GDPR/security/compliance
Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to operate at executive level in German and English
