As Director, People Business Partner at Scopely, you will act as a strategic advisor to division and game leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals. You will champion organizational design, talent management, and leadership development to drive performance in a high-growth environment. You will partner with the broader People Team to ensure cross-geography alignment and a collaborative, inclusive culture. This role offers a chance to shape people strategy for a portfolio of award-winning games and scale practices across missions and regions. You will influence leadership and change management to support rapid growth and operational excellence.
Responsabilidades
- Strategic Talent Partnering with game leaders and People BP leadership to design and execute talent strategies
- Guide leadership on organizational design, team structures, leadership development, and workforce planning
- Shape and implement global talent management strategies to drive performance, development, and engagement
- Collaborate with game leaders to strengthen leadership practices and talent decision-making
- Partner with managers, employees, and ER/Legal to resolve employee relations issues with fairness and confidentiality
- Support teams in change management and effective change communication
- Align with the broader People Team to ensure consistent delivery of the People strategy across geographies and cultures
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people-related matters
Requisitos principales
- 10+ years of progressive HR or People Business Partner experience with senior leaders
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic people initiatives aligned with business goals
- Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in organizational design, talent management, change management, and leadership development
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-growth settings with competing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Global experience across cultures and regions with a collaborative approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and best practices for compliant people management
