In this role you lead the Creator Acceleration function at ShopMy, turning initial creator momentum into lasting engagement and revenue. You will build the team, systems, and operating model to scale activation from first earnings through habituation, coordinating with cross-functional partners to improve creator experience. You’ll design end-to-end strategies, roadmaps, and playbooks to drive a unified acceleration engine that supports brand demand and creator success. This is a high-impact, growth-focused role at a unicorn reshaping curated commerce.

Responsabilidades

Own the strategy, performance, and growth of ShopMy’s Acceleration creator segment
Design the end-to-end strategy to move creators from first earn to habituation
Build the roadmap, playbooks, metrics, and accountability model for acceleration
Partner with Account Management to deepen activation of high-potential creators through structured 1:1 engagement
Build scalable 1:Many acceleration programs via Creator Enablement (Community, Education, Concierge, Operations)
Clarify segmentation, prioritization, and measurable outcomes across tracks
Ensure 1:1 and 1:Many strategies reinforce one another as a unified engine
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Creator Amplification, and Events to improve creator experience and tooling
Scale the team and operating model
