In this role you will lead the product strategy and execution for ticket selection and checkout across the full purchase funnel, including LA28. You will partner with cross-functional teams to validate requirements, prioritize features, and ensure a prioritized roadmap aligns with business goals. You will mentor a high-performing product team and drive data-informed decisions to optimize conversion and fan engagement. This position offers a chance to shape customer experiences at scale within a global live entertainment platform.

Responsabilidades

Lead the product roadmap for ticket selection and checkout and prioritize features based on business goals and customer insights
Collaborate with engineering, design, product operations, account management, client services, marketing, LA28, and other stakeholders to validate requirements and launch features
Optimize conversion funnels, personalization, performance, and user engagement
Conduct user research and analyze data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
Communicate product updates and priorities to stakeholders and leadership, demonstrating product value
Define KPIs for portfolio products and ensure alignment with strategic goals
Ensure consistency, usability, and regulatory compliance across website and mobile app
Mentor and develop a high-performing product team and create growth opportunities

Requisitos principales

7-10 years of experience in product management for consumer-facing digital products (web and mobile)
5+ years of experience managing a team of product managers
Strong understanding of web/mobile product development and UX best practices
Experience with conversion optimization, personalization, and user engagement strategies
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executives
Experience in e-commerce, ticketing, or live entertainment is a plus
