In this role you drive new business growth and expansion in the logistics space, coordinating end-to-end deal pursuit with cross-functional teams. You will shape deal strategy, pricing, value propositions, and presentations to win new contracts while exploring cross-sell opportunities with existing clients. The position centers on consultative and solution selling, with a defined sales quota and performance-driven expectations. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, translating customer needs into compelling Ryder solutions to grow the business.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead deal pursuit from prospecting to close with clear deal strategy
  • Develop pricing and proposal plans; negotiate contracts
  • Build and nurture a pipeline through industry networking and brand prospecting
  • Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams and present solutions to clients
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and manage accounts post-close
  • Support ongoing education in vertical-specific consultative selling
  • Transition new accounts after 24 months and hand off to Key Accounts when appropriate
  • Propose and drive targets (e.g., $120 million over 5 years) and meet cross-sell commitments
  • Adhere to company policies, including travel and expense policies

Requisitos principales

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field
  • Five+ years of sales experience with quota attainment
  • Experience selling supply chain solutions and achieving quota targets
  • Understanding of services, costs, pricing, and value delivery
  • Ability to lead presentations, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Travel approximately 50%
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
