As Digital Solution Architect, you shape the technology landscape for the Manufacturing domain, aligning IT/OT and plant operations. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to define strategy and a roadmap that boosts efficiency, reduces costs, and enables scalable, secure architectures. You’ll design high-level solutions addressing people, processes, data, and technology, while promoting standards and green-IT. This global team role offers meaningful impact across sustainability, health, and beauty initiatives.

Responsabilidades
- Define and govern the technology landscape and roadmap for the Manufacturing domain, ensuring IT/OT alignment and secure, scalable architectures
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business strategy into technical requirements and constraints
- Create a comprehensive technology strategy and roadmap that optimizes investments and enables innovative solutions
- Design high-level architecture covering people, process, technology, and data, including functional and non-functional requirements
- Establish design principles and evaluate technology options; decide between leveraging existing components or building new ones
- Prioritize green-IT as part of the target architecture
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and ensure architecture adaptability to evolving business needs
Requisitos principales
- Experience in IT consulting (functional and technical) for IT systems, with background in engineering and enterprise/software architecture
- Strong knowledge of IT/Digital technologies, IT-OT Purdue Model, cloud platforms, and integration solutions
- Deep understanding of Manufacturing domain processes and capabilities (production planning, shop floor execution, quality, logistics, asset management)
- Experience with discrete, batch, process, and hybrid manufacturing models; familiarity with Industry 4.0, IoT/IIoT, edge computing, digital twins, and predictive maintenance
- Hands-on MES and/or LIMS implementation; SAP knowledge preferred; Supply Chain experience preferred
- Bachelor/Master in IT or manufacturing; strong stakeholder management skills
