Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive new business for ADP’s leading solutions, primarily via outbound outreach and strategic cross-selling. You will build relationships over the phone with prospects from Fortune 100 to small businesses, uncover needs, and guide them to the right ADP offerings. You’ll work closely with teammates and clients to support growth and career development within a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

Responsabilidades
- Achieve or exceed monthly/yearly sales quotas
- Convert prospects into clients through outbound calling and needs discovery
- Cross-sell additional ADP products to existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong client relationships
Requisitos principales
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with closing skills
- Goal-oriented with track record of meeting quotas
- Well organized with strong time and activity management
- MS Office systems literacy
- Fluent in Spanish and English
