Responsabilidades

Lead delivery and architecture for Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Loyalty) across multi-org, multi-market environments
oversee configuration, automation, integrations, data modeling and environment management
establish admin and governance practices; drive proactive governance and quality standards
manage backlogs and projects in Jira/Confluence; coordinate cross-functional, global teams
align delivery with enterprise standards; translate technical topics into business value for stakeholders
lead internal and external technical teams to successful, on-time outcomes
partner with Security, Privacy, Legal, Infrastructure, Operations and Architecture to ensure compliance and scalable solutions
experience with additional Salesforce technologies (Marketing Cloud Next, Data Cloud, Agentforce) is a strong plus

Requisitos principales

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Core platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Loyalty) including architecture, delivery, and platform ownership
deep knowledge of Salesforce Core org capabilities: configuration, automation, integrations, data modeling, environment management
strong admin and governance expertise; proactive, driven, and communicative
proven success managing multi-org, multi-market Salesforce environments at scale
proficient in Jira and Confluence with experience managing backlogs and cross-functional collaboration
ability to lead both internal and external technical teams and align with enterprise standards
excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to translate technical topics into business value
experience with Salesforce technologies beyond core (e.g., Marketing Cloud Next, Data Cloud, Agentforce) is a strong plus
