As Development Centre Manager in Malaga, you will oversee daily operations of our tech and product hub and ensure seamless workflows. You’ll bridge Malaga with head offices, aligning local objectives with global strategy and driving operational excellence. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration, onboarding, and talent development to support growth of the Malaga hub. Responsabilidades

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and foster an efficient work environment
Act as liaison between Malaga office and senior management for projects and updates
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align Malaga objectives with company strategies
Serve as local contact for senior leadership and present office updates
Promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement culture
Oversee onboarding, integration, and engagement of new employees with HR
Contribute to growth strategy for the Malaga office and align with company goals
Analyze and report office performance metrics, workforce requirements, and future needs
Engage with stakeholders to strengthen Malaga hub's value and relationships
Support key projects from a local perspective to align with broader objectives

Requisitos principales

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or related field
5+ years in operational or project management, preferably in tech/product
Strong leadership and people skills with cross-team collaboration
Proven track record in managing office operations and inter-departmental communication
Proficiency in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement
