In this role you lead a team of Content Design Specialists within IQVIA’s Language Solutions, ensuring high-quality translation delivery that meets standards. You’ll partner with project managers and clients to optimize content design processes, track metrics, and drive improvements. The position sits in a startup-minded translation team, offering influence over practices and strategy from early on. You will mentor staff and contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance translation effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

Lead and mentor Content Design Specialists to ensure error-free content across languages
Collaborate with Project Managers to allocate work based on requirements and resources
Advise on best practices to meet client specifications and delight customers
Manage escalations, collect issue data, and contribute to performance metrics and trend analysis
Act as liaison between Project Managers and Content Design Specialists to resolve issues
Contribute to translation effectiveness commitments and stakeholder reporting
Onboard and train team members, supporting their professional development
Ensure compliance with IQVIA procedures

Requisitos principales

Minimum 10 years in the Language Solutions industry with last 5 years in a managerial role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (as stated)
Excellent English communication skills; bilingualism is a strong asset
Experience in project management and meeting strict deadlines
Experience with large content projects; familiarity with QA, DTP, OCR methodologies considered beneficial
Experience with CAT tools or content editing tools considered beneficial
Experience in international environments and strong cultural/emotional intelligence
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
Leadership and succession planning capability
