In this role you will design high-density, mixed-technology PCBs and integrate them with mechanical components to support Spellman’s high voltage power supplies. You will work closely with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to meet manufacturability and reliability standards, participate in design reviews, and contribute to BOMs and 2D drawings. You’ll stay up-to-date with technology to strengthen team capabilities and support mission-critical applications in medical imaging, analytics, and industrial systems.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet requirements and DFX guidelines
Participate in design reviews and deliver outputs such as BOMs and 2D drawings
Contribute to mechanical design of high-voltage power supplies for medical imaging, analytical instrumentation, industrial test equipment, security, and underwater comms
Adhere to standard PCB manufacturing processes to ensure quality and reliability
Stay current with technological innovations to support personal and team growth

Requisitos principales

Experience designing PCBs with CAD tools (Altium, PCAD, PADs or equivalent)
Strong understanding of electronic circuit layout and packaging principles
Proficiency in PCB-related mechanical design using AutoCAD, Inventor 3D or similar CAD tools
Knowledge of BOM and ERP systems
