In this role you will lead demand planning for a large portfolio, interfacing with markets and data science to improve forecasts. You will own forecast inputs in the o9 system, coordinate with sales and marketing plans, and address gaps or issues. You will monitor forecast performance, support model improvements with data science, and drive timely inclusion of demand changes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business and coach junior planners. This opportunity offers hands-on impact in a fast-paced, international environment at Coty.

Responsabilidades
- Input and maintain demand forecast in o9 for a large portfolio
- Aggregate and reconcile sales/marketing plans from local units with markets
- Analyze data to identify trends and escalate action plans
- Monitor forecast performance with Data Scientist to improve models
- Track incremental volume requests and ensure timely forecasting
- Participate in weekly market review meetings and implement changes
- Review system exception messages and determine corrective actions
- Collaborate with Divisional Planners on data flow for forecast inputs (giftsets, limited editions, non-saleable volumes)
- Serve as a single point of contact for at least one local BU, interfacing with Commercial
- Own and improve specific processes/tools, supporting the Demand Technical team
- Coach and train Planners on systems and processes; onboard new starters
Requisitos principales
- Degree (or equivalent work experience) in a Supply Chain discipline
- Planning mastery with strong command of SAP, JDA, OMP, Excel, and o9; experience in at least two planning areas
- Fluency in English with effective communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience implementing and following core processes, tools, and improvements
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and analysis
