In this role, you lead the Europe Demand Planning function within Bacardi’s Center of Excellence, driving forecast accuracy and analytics-driven decision-making. You build and coach a team of Demand Analysts, partnering with Commercial, Finance, and Supply to shape the S&OP process and portfolio strategy. You will transform planning through data, AI/ML, and standardized tools, delivering actionable insights and improved service levels. This is a cross-functional, transformation-focused leadership role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and change leadership.

Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop a central team of Demand Analysts
- Elevate analytics capability and data storytelling across the function
- Drive Europe planning transformation in collaboration with global teams (operating model, governance, standardization)
- Ensure demand planning acts as trusted business partner to markets
- Promote standardization and best-practice sharing across markets
- Foster curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement culture
- Oversee monthly demand planning cycle (0-24 month baseline, enrichment, consensus) with advanced analytics and AI/ML tools
- Define and monitor KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, FVAD, Demand Volatility, adoption)
- Industrialize data models and dashboards with Data & Analytics team for Europe
- Incorporate innovation forecasts and portfolio management into monthly demand cycle
- Lead regional S&OP interface between CoE, commercial, finance, and supply
- Translate demand signals into supply, logistics, and financial plans
- Lead cross-functional regional demand reviews within IBP
- Influence commercial and marketing through data-driven scenario planning
- Translate launches and portfolio changes into robust demand signals
- Champion process simplification and automation in forecasting
- Deploy standardized forecasting tools in collaboration with IT and global teams
- Create training materials and uplift capability in local markets
- Continuously challenge ways of working to raise planning maturity
- Delivers results in a lean, matrix organization
