As Demand Planner in Barcelona, you will drive the short-term forecast for a small portfolio using the o9 planning system, collaborating with local markets to align sales and marketing plans. You’ll monitor demand signals, identify trends, and escalate issues to keep inventory and service aligned with the business goals. You will participate in weekly market reviews and support cross-functional forecast refinement, including special editions and giftables. This role sits in Coty’s Global Demand Planning team, enabling data-informed decisions across the supply chain.

Responsabilidades

Input data and build a reasonable demand forecast in the o9 system for the portfolio
Ensure local business units provide sales and marketing plans and collaborate to close gaps
Communicate demand-related questions or issues clearly for the portfolio
Analyze data to identify trends and escalate issues with action plans
Attend weekly local market connect meetings to review demand changes and performance
Collaborate with Divisional Planners on initiative management and data flow for forecast (giftsets, limited editions, non-saleable volumes)
Resolve PDCA cycle issues with support from the Senior Planner or Planning Manager
