In this role you will lead the delivery across multiple teams, coordinating backlogs and dependencies to meet quarterly milestones. You will plan work, forecast workload with stakeholders, and use metrics to guide decisions. You’ll promote agile practices, organize team ceremonies, and be the main liaison between the business and development teams. Your leadership will motivate the group, improve user experience and service performance, and ensure cross-functional collaboration aligns with our development processes.

Responsabilidades

Drive the delivery of multiple teams to production and coordinate across teams and backlogs
Plan and distribute work; manage estimations and workload forecasts with technical and business stakeholders using key metrics and reports
Manage blockers, dependencies, and quarterly milestones with open communication across teams
Organize agile team meetings and ensure representation in relevant forums to foster collaboration
Serve as the first point of contact for the business and other development teams; maintain knowledge of team products
Motivate the team, maintain morale, and promote belonging; continuously improve user experience and service performance

Requisitos principales

Mentor/coaching experience with Delivery Leads and Scrum Masters
Proven track record delivering software as Delivery Lead/Scrum Master in a technically complex environment
Plan and forecast team deliverables using key metrics; effective reporting and decision-making
Experience in highly transactional distributed architecture and core microservice principles
Passion for continual improvement and measurable impact
