In this role you will support clients and the firm on complex tax and corporate law challenges within M&A deals. You will work in a dynamic Milan team, handling tax diligence, restructurings, and cross-border tax analyses to inform decisions. Your work shapes transactions by aligning tax strategy with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This position offers growth through high‑level projects and collaboration with leading professionals in a global firm.

Responsabilidades

  • Tax due diligence reviews of mergers, acquisitions, demergers, and other transactions
  • Corporate restructuring activities
  • Analyses of tax treatment under national (OIC) and international (IAS/IFRS) standards
  • Preparation of national and international tax opinions
  • Applications for tax rulings
  • Preparation of corporate income tax returns (Modello Unico and Modello IRAP)
  • Collaboration on national and international projects with senior colleagues

Requisitos principales

  • Master in Economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or Law (LMG-01) with a minimum grade of 100/110
  • Intention to pursue professional practice as a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
