Responsabilidades

Lead transformational projects using data to transform client operations and strategy
Develop data science solutions for clients and internal teams
Build and maintain strong client relationships with consulting partners
Upskill the data science team through mentoring and knowledge sharing
Ensure high-quality deliverables and provide feedback to junior members
Optimize code to advance Artefact’s internal toolbox and knowledge base

Requisitos principales

Master’s degree in a relevant field
1–3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or consulting
Strong knowledge of data processing, algorithms, and data architecture
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and R
Analytical mindset with ability to derive actionable insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Curiosity and passion for learning new data and AI technologies
