You will lead cross-functional work across Sales, Tendering, R&D, Engineering, and Software to modernize platforms and integrate them with ERP and pricing systems. This role focuses on driving strategic modernization, data governance, and seamless tool adoption at scale. You will work closely with global teams to deliver measurable improvements in pipeline visibility and operational performance. Responsabilidades
- Own and evolve the DCS digital tools roadmap and modernization initiatives
- Oversee tool lifecycle and integration for key systems (Modular Data Center Designer, 3-Phase UPS Configurator, Product Selectors & Specification Tools, Cost Estimators, Pipeline Management Portal)
- Ensure seamless integration with ERP, quotation, and pricing systems
- Maintain master data, pricing constants, and cost structures across regions; enable multicurrency quoting
- Develop dashboards and KPIs for pipeline visibility and performance tracking
- Administer configuration logic, data accuracy, and compliance across tools; lead change management
- Act as liaison between business units and technical teams; provide user training and enablement
- Support partner ecosystems including distributors, OEMs, and consulting engineers
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Engineering
- 8+ years in digital transformation, product management, or enterprise tool development
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, modular systems, and UPS technologies
- Experience with ERP, quotation, and enterprise integration platforms
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with cost estimation, BOM/BOQ management, and vendor quote workflows
