As a Senior SAP Group Reporting Expert, you will lead global SAP finance transformation initiatives, specializing in S/4HANA Group Reporting, GRDC, and ICMR. You will drive end-to-end consolidation programs, manage large-scale rollouts, and coordinate international teams to deliver best-in-class FP&A and FC&A solutions. This role sits in the D&T SSOT team, reporting to the Product manager, and offers a hands-on, impact-focused path shaping digital finance capabilities across the organization.

Responsabilidades

Lead full lifecycle Group Reporting projects with consolidation expertise
Design and onboard GRDC templates, ensure data validation and reconciliation
Develop ICMR matching methods and custom reason codes
Execute Net Income Calculations and manage FS-items across P&L and B/S
Support P&L reporting and variance analysis using SAP Fiori and CDS views
Create functional specs, manage RICEFW objects, lead testing and documentation
Provide user training, support UAT, and detailed adoption documentation
Support month-end and year-end close across SAP FI, Group Reporting, ICMR, TRCS, and Blackline

Requisitos principales

10+ years SAP Finance consulting experience
Strong S/4HANA Group Reporting, GRDC, ICMR, Blackline expertise
Experience onboarding and supporting many company codes in GR/GRDC/ICMR
End-to-end configuration, testing, and SLA-driven incident resolution across FICO modules
Proven experience with upgrades, data validation, and large data reconciliation
Training, UAT support, and functional spec development with RICEFW
Communication skills and ability to work with offshore teams
English fluency; Dutch or other European languages a plus
Experience with Agile, Jira, ServiceNow, and fit-gap analysis
