In this role, you will lead internal purple team exercises and drive collaboration across teams to strengthen incident response and reduce technology risk. You’ll support certifications and audits, working with stakeholders to align security goals with business needs. The position sits in the corporate cybersecurity team, focusing on practical testing, risk reduction, and cross‑functional security initiatives. Your work helps elevate GMV’s security posture in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.

Responsabilidades
- Lead internal purple team exercises and coordinate with other teams on incident management improvements
- Drive initiatives to reduce technological risks across GMV
- Collaborate with corporate areas to obtain cybersecurity certifications and support audits
- Manage cybersecurity projects and communicate with technical and business stakeholders
- Contribute to pentesting activities and application auditing efforts
- Support both internal and external audits and ensure compliance alignment
Requisitos principales
- University degree related to cybersecurity (Master’s preferred)
- Solid experience in pentesting
- Experience in application auditing
- Experience managing cybersecurity projects and communicating with technical and business stakeholders
- High level of English (C1 or above)
- Certifications related to red team, purple team, and pentesting are highly valued
