In this role you support EcoVadis' Evaluation Services Inquiry Center by explaining assessment results and methodology to rated companies, guiding discussions, and ensuring high-quality, timely support. You act as a primary contact for assessment-related questions and help customers identify improvement opportunities using the scorecard. You will collaborate with other departments to improve transparency, satisfaction, and engagement. This position offers the chance to shape customer experience at a global scale and to apply analytics and AI-enabled processes to increase efficiency.

Responsabilidades

  • Serve as the point of contact for rated companies with assessment questions
  • Ensure deadlines are met while delivering high-quality support
  • Draft responses to feedback and questions from rated companies
  • Lead discussions and live sessions with customers
  • Convey methodology and EVS expertise to the Inquiry Center
  • Help customers use the scorecard to identify improvement opportunities and action plans
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain high satisfaction
  • Address dissatisfied customers promptly and effectively
  • Develop strong engagement with proactive and reactive outreach
  • Build trusted relationships with key account stakeholders
  • Provide feedback to Product Development, SEN and Marketing to improve offerings
  • Drive improvement through feedback collection and data analysis
  • Identify issues and propose solutions to internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilize AI tools and processes to boost operational efficiency and quality of responses

Requisitos principales

  • Fluency in English and French would be an asset
  • Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role or customer-related project
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Customer service mindset with integrity and fairness
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Team player with collaborative skills
