In this role, you will drive Neuraxpharm's global medical strategy for Rare Diseases and ensure launch readiness across affiliates. You will provide medical leadership, coordinate cross-functional teams, and engage with KOLs and patient groups to support lifecycle management. The position involves shaping Medical Affairs plans, collaborating with R&D, Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial teams, and contributing to BD/M&A evaluations in Rare Diseases. You will operate in a global, hybrid setting, balancing scientific depth with strategic impact.

Responsabilidades
- Lead global launch readiness for the Rare Disease portfolio and guide affiliates to meet corporate milestones
- Develop and implement global Medical Affairs strategies for Rare Diseases and translate insights into opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Development and BD
- Lead global KOL mapping, advisory boards, and engagement with academic centers and patient associations
- Drive medical communications, including publications, congress abstracts, and core scientific narratives
- Provide medical review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials and support omni-channel strategies
- Deliver scientific training for Medical Advisors, MSLs, and cross-functional teams; develop e-learning for Rare Disease academies
- Collaborate with Clinical Development on studies (RWE, PROs, observational) and support protocol development
- Partner with Regulatory to ensure compliant scientific communications and submissions
- Identify and support high-impact research initiatives aligned with business needs
- Support BD/M&A assessments and provide medical input for regulatory safety updates and queries
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Neurosciences or similar
- >5 years in Medical Affairs within Neurology, Rare Diseases or related areas
- Proven track record in launch excellence, ideally with at least one EU launch
- Experience in multi-country or global roles is highly desirable
- Experience supporting BD/M&A assessments in pharma/biotech is a strong plus
- Local launch excellence support with at least 2 years' local experience and understanding of EU Market Access
- Strong business acumen, collaboration, proactive mindset, excellent communication, resilience, and strong project/time management skills
- Seniority to manage affiliates to execute against milestones and strong external stakeholder management
