In this role you will help develop and implement the global compliance strategy for the Coatings division, ensuring alignment with corporate directives. You will prepare materials for internal compliance meetings and support governance activities across the Corporate Compliance function. You will design and improve processes within the compliance management system and maintain up-to-date tools and information. You will coordinate knowledge sharing and manage the worldwide training and awareness program. This position shapes the newly established Compliance organization in Münster and offers exposure to international operations and AI-enabled solutions in compliance.

Responsabilidades

Develop, implement and operate the global compliance strategy for the Coatings division
Prepare materials and documentation for internal compliance meetings and management briefings
Coordinate governance activities, platforms and documentation for Corporate Compliance
Design, improve and implement processes to support the compliance management system
Maintain compliance tools, databases and communication channels
Coordinate exchange of information and guidance within the global compliance community; support worldwide training and awareness program

Requisitos principales

3–5 years of professional experience in compliance, corporate governance, project management or similar in an international company
Completed vocational training with specialized education or a university degree in business administration, compliance, law, risk management, or related field
Proficient in MS Office; experience with compliance tools/platforms or learning management systems; interest in AI-based solutions
Ability to translate complex compliance topics into clear, practical messages
Proactive team player with strong collaboration skills and interest in compliance, ethics and responsible business conduct
Excellent English and German communication skills; additional languages are a plus; strong organizational skills and detail orientation
