As a key technical owner for endorsement processing in the EMEA region, you drive underwriting excellence, regulatory alignment, and operational integrity. You define and maintain the rule base and framework guiding endorsement activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and risk control. You collaborate across Compliance, Legal, and underwriting to optimize workflows and deliver high service standards. You work with country underwriting teams to support strategic objectives and client-focused outcomes.

Responsabilidades

Provide technical oversight for end-to-end endorsement processing across EMEA to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to risk appetite.
Maintain and update the rule base and operating framework to reflect regulatory and policy changes.
Act as the primary technical authority for endorsement transactions and resolve nuanced risks.
Identify and implement workflow enhancements to improve decision-making efficiency and uphold underwriting integrity.
Develop and execute a robust quality assurance framework with audits to ensure rule compliance and process improvement.
Ensure endorsement activities meet regulatory requirements and internal standards, minimizing operational and reputational risk.
Liaise between Operations and country Underwriting to align with business objectives and deliver excellent service.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders; provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Represent the Endorsement Desk in cross-functional initiatives and projects to support organizational goals.
Contribute to strategic planning for endorsement processing and identify opportunities for innovation and technology leverage.

Requisitos principales

Advanced English (C1); other European languages desired
Minimum 5 years of underwriting experience, preferably Property & Casualty
Strong experience in defining and maintaining operational frameworks, rule bases, and SOPs
Solid background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance
Proven leadership ability to manage and motivate teams
Experience in stakeholder management, influencing senior management
Process improvement expertise for operational performance
Familiarity with EMEA regulatory landscapes; multinational/regional exposure a plus
