Responsabilidades

Manage a portfolio of clients and perform collection activities to secure outstanding balances
Deliver cash collection and arrears management to meet financial targets
Own Accounts Receivable ledgers within Telematics Spain
Identify risks affecting arrears and propose policy or process changes to improve collections
Prioritize workload to achieve targets and collaborate with stakeholders to support customer retention and financial goals
Address customer queries to improve DSO and ledger ageing
Conduct regular ledger reviews to ensure compliance with credit policy

Requisitos principales

Minimum 2 years of experience in credit collection or related field
Fluent English
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to meet challenging targets and drive performance
Outstanding communication skills at all internal and external levels
Customer-focused approach to credit collections with retention mindset
Highly presentable with strong organizational and motivational skills
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves
Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Capacity to challenge status quo and drive continuous improvement in ledger ageing
