In this role you guide medical strategy and operations for EGM, while line-managing the GCC Medical Head. You provide robust medical and scientific support to external partners and internal teams, balancing clinical excellence with compliant, ethical practices. You will shape medical materials, advisory activities, and training, contributing to the commercial success of EGM through patient care. This is a high-impact leadership position in a collaborative, values-driven culture.
Responsabilidades
- Hire, coach and retain the Cluster Medical Team
- Support medical affairs, training and PV with partner organisations in EGMs
- Prepare and review medical materials (literature reviews, medical letters, slide kits)
- Organise and manage advisory boards and roundtables
- Deliver Medical/Scientific training to local teams and partners
- Contribute Medical/Scientific input to marketing plans and materials
- Oversee pharmacovigilance for adverse event capture and processing
- Collaborate in a matrix with Franchise medical teams and other clusters
- Maintain in-depth product and therapeutic area knowledge
- Stay compliant with guidelines, codes of practice, and local laws
- Build partnerships/alliances and lead Medical Science Liaison teams
- Travel domestically and internationally as required
Requisitos principales
- Experience as Medical Affairs Director at affiliate/cluster level
- EGM experience and understanding of GCC Medical Affairs processes (advantage)
- Deep scientific/medical knowledge of KKI products and therapeutic areas
- MD (medical degree)
- Experience in clinical research and development in pharma (advantage)
- Experience with orphan drugs, early market access and launches (advantage)
- Strong awareness of medical governance and compliance in EGM and GCC
- Experience managing partnerships/alliances in pharma
- Leadership experience in building/leads MS Liaisons (MSL) teams
- Strong people management skills
- Willingness to travel and fluency in English
