As a Senior CRA/CRA II at ICON Biotech, you oversee clinical trial activities to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance. You will monitor sites, conduct visits, and support cross-functional teams to ensure timely data collection and trial execution. Responsabilidades
- Monitor trial sites for protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and GCP
- Conduct site visits to assess performance and resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data collection and reporting
- Provide training and guidance to site staff and other CRAs
- Build and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to support smooth operations
Requisitos principales
- Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, or medicine
- Certification (Italian Law)
- Extensive CRA experience with strong understanding of trial processes and regulatory requirements
- Ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management; proficiency in required clinical trial software and tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence compliance in a complex environment
- Willingness and ability to travel across Italy (car/train/flight)
