In this role you will maintain and evolve the Group’s cryptographic security services (HSM, KMS, BYOK/KYOK, encryption, PKI) and help shape digital trust solutions. You will operate in a cloud context and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet security needs, assess new solutions, and ensure high-availability through on-call rotation. This position sits within the IT Production Security Defense teams, contributing to secure data access and regulatory compliance across international scope. You will drive cryptographic project work and act as a technical advisor to business lines, balancing risk, security, and operational readiness.

Responsabilidades
- Provide cryptography expertise for HSM, KMS, data encryption, key lifecycle (BYOK/KYOK)
- Design and evolve KMS/HSM architectures and solutions
- Interact with IT Risk Management to translate risk into security requirements
- Advise business lines on security aspects of projects
- Write technical/operational procedures (e.g., key ceremonies, MSM maintenance)
- Evaluate and implement new cryptographic security solutions
- Qualify and support cryptographic implementation projects and key management
- Contribute to ongoing cryptographic services management and cloud integration
- Conduct security technology watch on authentication, algorithms, and vulnerabilities
- Participate in on-call rotation and Level 3 support for services
- Automate and industrialize operating processes
- Provide maintenance and development of cryptographic services
Requisitos principales
- Masters degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience with HSM, CKMS, PKI
- Experience in IT Production environments
- SPOC for technical escalations
- High proficiency in English; French desirable
