You will lead the Pre-Accounting – Markets – Securities team, ensuring robust accounting control for P&L and balance sheet related to securities. You’ll coordinate with London and New York branches, drive process improvements, and maintain strong risk-aware controls. The role combines leadership with deep technical accounting expertise to resolve complex issues and support stakeholders. Responsabilidades

Lead organization and prioritization of work, coverage planning, and team development
Provide expert accounting control for securities products and drive root-cause analysis
Oversee accounting close, ensure timely, high-quality controls and documentation
Coordinate cross-functional activities with IT, Business, Finance, Market Risk, and Operations
Identify recurring issues, standardize processes, and lead automation initiatives
Participate in requirements gathering, UAT, and deliverables tracking with stakeholders

Requisitos principales

8 years of accounting and accounting control experience for securities products (bonds, repos, securities lending, equities, collateral)
Proven experience as a Team Lead in deadline-driven environments
Strong stakeholder management across IT, Business, Finance, Risk, Operations
Hands-on knowledge of Calypso STC, ACyG, and Murex
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Auditing, Accounting
English B2 level
