In this role, you lead a chapter focused on Product Data Management, shaping the digital product roadmap across domains like Product Specifications, Safety Data, and Claims Data. You drive consolidation of legacy systems to a single source of truth and oversee internal delivery teams and external vendors. As a senior delivery leader, you align platform, product, and project work with core business strategies. You work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value through digital and innovative solutions.

People management: foster engagement, coach and develop chapter members
Performance management: drive a high-performance culture and manage performance
Talent management: attract, retain, and recruit talent
Capability management: assess and build capabilities, manage capacity and relationships
Senior delivery role: act as delivery lead, project manager for special assignments, or senior product manager

Requisitos principales

10+ years in a GxP digital maintenance/operations environment in chemical, healthcare, or consultancy contexts
Strong customer focus with the ability to own and drive initiatives
Extensive knowledge of SAP EH&S/PLM, Product Compliance, SAP ecosystem, and relational databases (Oracle)
Proven people management skills and experience in agile ways of working
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
Fluent in English
