In this role, you will shape and manage Digital Realty’s partner ecosystem in Spain and Greece to drive regional commercial growth. You will lead strategic and operational duties across indirect partnerships, ensuring governance, performance, and alignment with the company’s market ambitions. You’ll work with resellers, agents, and integrators to expand coverage, recruit new partners, and coordinate joint go-to-market activities. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position that blends partner management with sales enablement, solution architecture coordination, and regional events. You’ll be at the center of a collaborative, international team focused on scalable, partner-led growth.

Responsabilidades
- Manage and develop relationships with existing strategic partners to boost engagement and performance
- Identify and recruit new partners to expand market coverage in Spain and Greece
- Oversee indirect channel management processes including lead qualification, sales coordination, and contract compliance
- Coordinate partner-generated opportunities within Salesforce and ensure clear communication between partners and internal teams
- Lead the partner enablement plan to train partners in selling Digital Realty colocation services
- Coordinate Solutions Architecture resources with partners’ presales teams to promote Digital Realty technology preferences
- Ensure governance structures involve all key stakeholders
- Organize and attend partner events to enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to design joint campaigns and build the partner pipeline
- Track KPIs and deliver regular performance reports on channel activities
Requisitos principales
- 5+ years of alliance or channel management experience, ideally in IT, cloud, or data center sectors
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international, multicultural environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish required; Greek is a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce and indirect sales processes preferred
- Entrepreneurial spirit, commercially driven, and willing to challenge the status quo
