In this role you will lead the company’s financial strategy to enable international growth and operational excellence. You will partner with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive profitability and capital efficiency. You will oversee governance, compliance and the full financial ecosystem while steering strategic investments and digitalising finance. You will develop a high‑performing finance organization and shape the company’s transformation.

Responsabilidades

Define and lead the company’s financial strategy aligned with long‑term goals and international expansion
Oversee planning, performance management, accounting, treasury, risk management, and controlling
Strengthen financial governance and ensure multi‑jurisdictional regulatory compliance
Drive cross‑functional business partnering to improve profitability, productivity and capital efficiency
Lead strategic investment decisions including capex, M&A and transformation initiatives
Optimise capital structure and cash management for liquidity and resilience
Champion digitalisation in finance with analytics, automation and modern financial systems
Develop and mentor a high‑performing finance team and foster continuous improvement culture

Requisitos principales

Extensive experience in retail, manufacturing, industrial, FMCG or similar operational environments
Minimum 10 years in senior financial leadership roles (CFO or equivalent) in large or multinational companies
Proven track record in strategic financial planning, operational finance, transformation and cross‑functional partnering
Experience in dynamic environments where margins, efficiency and operational excellence are critical
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
