You will partner with Product, Tech, and Operations to streamline workflows, cut costs, and track KPIs, shaping strategies for a global customer base. Responsabilidades

Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce costs
Analyze operational processes to identify optimization opportunities and efficiency gains
Define, track and report on key metrics (KPIs/SLAs) aligned with company objectives
Develop business cases and implementation plans with timelines to achieve goals
Manage project prioritization and governance for strategic operations projects
Partner cross-functionally with Ops, Product, Tech, Data, Finance, Compliance and Risk to align improvements with goals
Drive execution from concept through delivery of strategic operations initiatives

Requisitos principales

Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or corporate strategy in fast-paced settings
Proven track record leading continuous improvement and automation initiatives at scale
Experience with modern technologies including LLMs and AI agents for scalable automation
Proven experience with Business Process Outsourcing and external vendor collaboration
Familiarity with regulated environments and KPI-driven organizations (a plus)
