In this role you drive business change across global operations, focusing on readiness and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. You will coordinate non-technical change activities within an Agile Release Train and work closely with Product Owners, Agile teams, and Change Readiness. The position supports scalable health insurance delivery and aligns change initiatives with strategic objectives. It offers a clear path toward senior delivery leadership, including potential progression to an Epic Delivery Owner role. You will operate in a fast-paced, global environment and influence adoption of new processes and systems.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate feature and epic delivery within a single Agile Release Train (ART) aligned with business objectives and readiness plans
Lead or support business readiness activities including impact assessments, training plans, communications, UAT coordination, and business checkouts
Track progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of change with Agile teams and stakeholders
Act as primary contact for business stakeholders, communicating delivery status, risks, and dependencies
Support UAT planning and release planning including test script alignment, resource coordination, and reporting
Document operational design decisions and assess impacts on end users
Maintain delivery artefacts (RAID logs, readiness checklists, status reports) and participate in governance forums
Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and promote Agile and Lean practices

Requisitos principales

3-5 years of experience in project/change delivery in regulated or complex environments
Strong understanding of Agile delivery models (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing delivery timelines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Experience supporting UAT, training, and readiness activities
