In this role you will drive growth by building and expanding partnerships for Performance and Active Nutrition in North America. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to convert market insights into opportunities, shaping strategic initiatives and a robust sales pipeline. You’ll represent FrieslandCampina Ingredients, delivering value through science-backed nutrition solutions. This is a growth-focused position with global and regional collaboration and travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead execution of brand strategy to build a sustainable sales pipeline in Performance and Active Nutrition
  • Develop and implement market strategies with global and regional stakeholders
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
  • Act as the face of FrieslandCampina Ingredients, delivering insights and solutions to customers
  • Manage account planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with legal, corporate, and ethical standards; support product/service innovation based on customer needs
  • Continuously optimize sales processes, value-based selling, and commercial excellence

Requisitos principales

  • Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of ingredient sales experience with nutritional ingredients
  • Deep knowledge of North American Active and Performance Nutrition markets
  • Proven success in territory and account development
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Collaborative spirit, strong interpersonal communication, and commitment to continuous learning
