Responsabilidades
- Provide compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offer solutions to compliance problem statements
- Serve as effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams
- Navigate retail products through regulatory landscapes
- Ensure smooth, compliant product launches ahead of regulatory curves
- Identify potential compliance risks in retail offerings
- Create innovative strategies to stay ahead of regulatory challenges
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deploy compliance policies
- Empower product teams with knowledge and tools to embed compliance in innovation
- Lead a small team of Business Compliance Managers
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and support audits
Requisitos principales
- 7+ years of regulatory compliance experience
- Experience in top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast‑growing tech company
- Strong understanding of how compliance risk interacts with business risk
- Experience managing a team
- High adaptability to fast-paced, high‑performance environments
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
