In this role you will translate stakeholder needs into clear functional specifications and user stories, enabling a cloud-based Digital Passport System and Digital Factory to enhance global traceability. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and QA to ensure solutions meet business goals and timelines. The position focuses on demand analysis, process improvement, and KPI definition to measure impact. You will join a cross-functional team driving digital transformation in high voltage solutions, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specs and user stories
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions
- Facilitate workshops to elicit objectives and build consensus among stakeholders
- Monitor project progress ensuring alignment with goals and timelines
- Create and maintain functional documentation: process flows, use cases, business rules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, QA) to ensure accurate implementation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support change management
- Define KPIs and success metrics to evaluate project outcomes and business impact
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in fast-paced or tech-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of requirement gathering techniques, business process modeling, and documentation standards
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in agile development environments
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset transforming complex needs into actionable insights
