Responsabilidades

Supervise Environmental Service Attendants to ensure quality and compliance
Maintain a clean, aesthetically pleasing environment in the assigned area
Perform daily inspections and implement corrective plans for deficiencies
Assist the Director and Assistant Director in the effective operation of the Environmental Service Department
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold service standards

Requisitos principales

High School Diploma or Equivalent
3 years experience in a housekeeping supervisory / lead role
3 years experience in a healthcare/hospital environment
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management preferred or combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
