Senior backend engineer and system lead within IT RDM, supporting the Innovation Unit to advance new medicines through data transformation initiatives. You will own backend delivery, system design, and architectural governance in an enterprise cloud, aligned with BI IT architecture standards. You’ll integrate internal and external services, manage CI/CD and containerized deployments, and ensure security, compliance, and performance at scale. This role offers impact across platforms and ecosystems, helping shape scalable, compliant solutions in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

System & solution design for scalable backend services
Define architecture, API contracts, and integrations across systems
Cloud and container management in enterprise environments (OpenShift/Docker); own CI/CD pipelines
Backend development and performance optimization
System ownership, lifecycle governance, and GxP/BI compliance
Operational excellence and leadership; provide 3rd-level support and ensure ITIL adherence

Requisitos principales

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years in backend engineering with full-stack exposure and system integration
Familiarity with IT architecture principles, GxP compliance, and agile methodologies
Strong understanding of security, observability, and performance optimization
