In this role you will shape and drive a global digital strategy for the B2B professional division, aligning with the brand framework and supporting cross-functional teams. You will optimize ecommerce performance on Amazon Business to boost lead generation and ROI across digital channels. You’ll manage end-to-end campaigns, define KPIs, and guide local teams to tailor the global approach to market needs. This position offers impactful work on marketplace performance, content optimization, and cross-border ecommerce initiatives that scale. You’ll operate in a data-driven, collaborative environment with a focus on measurable growth.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist the Ecommerce Director in designing and executing a global digital strategy for the B2B professional division aligned with brand guidelines
  • Develop data-driven approaches to boost lead generation and ROI across digital channels
  • Lead and optimize Amazon Business campaigns, including storefront SEO and Sponsored Products, DSP, and A+ assets
  • Drive ecommerce communications and digital advertising from concept to international rollout in line with the customer journey
  • Oversee end-to-end digital campaigns; monitor KPI metrics (ROI, CPA) and produce SEO-optimized content strategies
  • Advise local marketing teams on adapting the global approach to local markets and product portfolios
  • Foster capability building in digital marketing, advertising, and ecommerce within B2B local teams
  • Manage ecommerce investment budgets and collaborate with Sales and Product for commercial alignment
  • Define global standards for web marketing activities (SEO/SEM, marketing databases, social media) to ensure consistency and performance

Requisitos principales

  • 4-5 years of proven digital marketing (FMCG or B2B) and ecommerce success
  • Experience with Amazon Business platforms is essential and shows growth in B2B sales and marketplace optimization
  • Track record of driving measurable growth in lead generation and brand visibility
  • Strong command of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and performance tracking
  • Ability to build SEO-optimized content strategies and run integrated campaigns
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of both operational and strategic aspects of online sales with strong analytical and quantitative skills
