In this role you will shape hotel and service apartment concepts from high-level design through to the selection of furnishings, contributing to long-term customer satisfaction. You collaborate with the Product Team to develop efficient planning concepts and floor plans, and you oversee the design process for new properties. You actively evaluate sites and projects, visiting properties to inform development, and you present ideas to external stakeholders. This position places you at the heart of cross-functional design work in a dynamic hospitality context.

Responsabilidades

Design hotels and service apartments at a conceptual/high level to support long-term customer satisfaction
Create and check efficient planning concepts and floor plan layouts with the Product Team
Oversee the entire design process for new properties, from interior concepts to furniture planning
Evaluate buildings and projects based on location, design, and layout, including site visits
Support the team in presenting new ideas and design concepts to externals
