In this role you lead Applied AI Health System Engineering initiatives, shaping production-grade AI and GenAI solutions for health systems and health plans. You drive use-case development, oversee global delivery teams, and engage executive stakeholders to deliver measurable clinical and operational impact. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, coach colleagues, and ensure governance and compliance. This is a strategic, impact-focused leadership role at the intersection of healthcare and AI.

Responsabilidades

Oversee healthcare AI and GenAI solution development, including clinical use case design, modeling, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines
Lead large healthcare data science engagements and drive continuous process improvements
Maintain operational excellence by aligning AI initiatives with health system priorities through senior-level engagement
Guide teams in processing structured and unstructured healthcare data for AI and LLM-powered solutions
Manage daily operations of a global healthcare data science team, including model development, MLOps, and governance
Contribute to healthcare AI proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production use cases across clinical and operational domains
Foster collaboration across clinical, technical, and operational team members to address health system data-science challenges
Maintain excellent client service, helping health system clients realise tangible value from AI/ML investments

Requisitos principales

Bachelor's degree
12 years of experience with healthcare data science, health IT, or AI solution development for health system clients
At least 6–7 years of experience at a health system

Clear, impactful communication Coaching and mentoring Executive-level stakeholder engagement Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Keras, Transformers)LLM development frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)RAG pipelines and embedding of clinical text
