In this role you will support customers as part of the Customer Success team, translating their needs into SLIMS workflows and configurations. You will tailor the platform to lab requirements, build integration plugins, and contribute to product design with the customer voice. You will also script in-silico tools into our integration framework, and travel to diverse labs to deepen your software and instrument knowledge. This position offers cross-border collaboration in a dynamic, international setting with opportunities for professional growth.

Responsabilidades

Analyze customer needs and translate them into SLIMS workflows
Configure the SLIMS platform to match laboratory requirements
Develop plugins to connect instruments or display custom forms/portals
Represent the customer perspective to influence future product design
Script lab in-silico tools within the integration framework

Requisitos principales

University degree in Life Sciences or solid relevant experience
Hands-on laboratory experience in analytical fields (biobanks, pharma, biopharma, genomics, NGS)
Programming languages: Java or Python with proven coding skills
Full proficiency in English; Dutch/German/French a plus
